Karishma Vohra is a passionate sustainability professional with over 7 years of experience. She has worked on projects involving multiple stakeholders including government, multilateral organizations, financial institutions, technology providers, corporates as well as communities. She brings expertise in areas of programmatic support and coordination, project management, corporate engagement, project communication & events, research & documentation across cross-cutting sustainability and conservation thematic areas.
At TNC India, she works as the Lands Project Manager where she contributes to forestry and agro commodities value chain development and market linkages to advance sustainable forest-based livelihoods for local communities, landscape restoration and agroforestry.
Previously, she was working with WWF India on stakeholder engagement for sustainable production, consumption and trade of forest-based commodities and promotion of circular economy practices. She has a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) in Biomedical Science from Delhi University and Master of Science in Environmental Studies from TERI University.
Karishma commenced working at TNC in 2019 and works from Delhi.
