Neha is a Human Resource professional with over 14+ years of experience in HR Management and organisation Development (broadly in Selection, onboarding, Performance Appraisal, Compensation, Training and development, Policy Procedures, Employee engagement activates, and Employee relation, Employee relation, Vendor Management, compliance etc).
At TNCC, Neha leads and manages the HR department.
She holds an MBA in Human Resources from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune. and has also pursued BBA in International Business from JIMS. Neha joined TNCC in 2023 and leads the HR Department. She also works closely with global TNC teams to strengthen HR Department for our team and get the best benefits for the team in India.
