Biography
Rajesh is a seasoned strategic finance leader with over 30 years of experience in the non-profit, consulting, private equity, and corporate sectors, specializing in setting up non-profits to scale. He has an extensive track record in finance, operations, and compliance leadership focusing on the strategic stewarding of philanthropic capital.
Rajesh has extensive experience in financial operations, capital allocation, and fund management for high-impact interventions in climate, health, and energy. His expertise includes forensic investigations, FCRA, CSR, government fund management, and digital transformation in complex environments. Known for building accountability-driven structures and ensuring donor compliance, he has successfully managed multi-year financial planning and large international grant portfolios with leading global organizations such as the Clinton Foundation, Shakti Sustainable Energy Foundation, John Snow Inc., and the Indo-U.S. Science & Technology Forum. Rajesh is a part-qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance.
Rajesh joined TNCC in 2026 as the Associate Director of Finance and Operations, ensuring fiscal excellence and developing robust internal control frameworks to support TNC’s conservation mission.
