Building Together: Release of photographic dossier of wild elephants of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve

On 29^th July 2025, an event to mark the International Tiger Day was organised by the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department, at Bhopal.

On this occasion, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, State Minister for Forest Mr. Dilip Ahirwar and other dignitaries released our publication “A photographic dossier of wild elephants of Bandhavgarh Tiger Reserve”. 

This publication was produced under the aegis of TNC-The Nature Conservancy Centre’s collaboration with the Madhya Pradesh Forest Department, for advancing work on the return of elephants as a catalyst for landscape restoration. The project is operational in Bandhavgarh-Sanjay Dubri landscape, in eastern Madhya Pradesh (India), since 2022.
